Review of The Gatekeepers (2012) by Mike T — 09 Nov 2013
If one doesn't know the history of the Arab-Israeli conflict, they will be highly misled by this documentary. This is a selective historical narration, non-contextual re-telling of shin-bet handling of terrorists. It's propaganda. It's anti Israeli.
I can't believe this was taken seriously. Movie says nothing about the terrorists and terrorism the Israelis and worldwide Jewery suffered from the terrorists. About the wars the Arabs started and how the Arab nations used the Gaza and West Bank as terror bases.
The movie jumps from the 1967 six day war and skips the 1973 Yom Kippur war the Arabs launched. The movie fails to mention that the Palestinians and Arabs launched thousands of terror attacks on civilians, schools, cafes, buses. Intentionally targeted and slaughtered innocent civilians...whereas the Israeli's were dealing with hardened terrorists and never targeted civilians.
This is pure propaganda.
