Oh my goodness, this is bewilderingly bad. With almost no plot to speak of, some inappropriate sexual tensions and Garbage Pail Kids that are creepy rather than funny it's difficult to know who this would be suitable for.
A lot of the time it's not even So Bad It's Good. How about So Bad It's Weird?
