3 stars for the garbage pail kid costumes alone !!! sure the acting and the sets and pretty much everything else was horrible, but its got midgets in costumes running around being real life GPK !!! a must have for any lover of weird ass films.
I mean, I love GPK but who thought this movie was a good idea ????
