I won't lie- when I was a kid, the most intriguing thing about the Garbage Pail Kids was that my parents thought they were revolting and didn't allow me to collect the cards or watch the show or the movie.
Therefore, of course, I went out of my way. I don't remember if I ever saw this movie or not back in the day; it's so bad I probably wouldn't have remembered it. But it's more or less entertaining, in a terrible kind of way.
If you're easily offended or can't handle super-cheesy effects, you don't want to watch this. But it was a fun trip down memory lane.
