Adequate, unoriginal and extremely by-the-numbers. Doesn't pack the emotional wallop or the hearty laughs it seems to think it does. I find Dwayne Johnson likable, as always, and he is trying hard to make this one work.
Kids may enjoy The Game Plan, it is watchable for adults, but not a great Disney movie for the whole family. Not recommend.
