Review of The Game (1997) by Caesar B — 09 Oct 2012
Michael Douglas is the whole show here. He hands in another calculated performance as he has so many times in his career. Sean Penn however, is severely underused and the ending really throws you off. Overall, this is a slick thriller from David Fincher that starts out as a great film, but ends merely as a good one.
