Review of The Future (2013) by Rob J — 12 Jan 2012
Before renting this movie, the trailer lured me in by the Indie reality concept. I liked the debth in it's emotional experience. The characters are extremely awkward and out of place. They're in a stand still in life, without knowing what they want in their futures.
Their relationship is suffering from their opposing points of views. His views being very practical, and hers being completely perplexed . She was a very gawky dancer, without any rhythm. And he was a terrible salesman.
They decided an adoption of a harmed cat would be their last achievement before growing old. Unfortunately her infidelity takes their companionship to a brink of disaster. My only complaint is the abrupt ending.
