Review of The Funeral (1996) by Jake D — 31 Aug 2007
This able directed 30's style movie captures the era well and makes centrestage for Christopher walken who is at the top of his game here as the story involves the murder of a member of a crime syndiacte and the tumultuous effect it has on its siblings.
What follows is grim, dreary and bleak drama but is surpassed by the quality of the performances.
