Review of The Freshman (1990) by Andrew G — 22 Dec 2010
I remember seeing the trailer for this film, and I thought it was a joke trailer. When I discovered it was a real film... I had to watch it. Well, I thought it was pretty good. Marlon Brando's satirical take on his Godfather performance is great, and Matthew Broderick exerts the same charm that he had in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.
The story was a little predictable, but it was a very enjoyable film.
