Fantastic Thriller... I have revisited this one after a gap of 20-22 years. Solid film with all round excellence. A lot of gritty films owe a lot to this one. The car chase is anyway a classic. I loved the sequence where Gene Hackman & Roy Scheider chase Fernando Ray on foot.
