Review of The Fox and the Hound (1981) by Kyle M — 10 Jul 2015
Another attempt on adapting a story as one of their animated classics with improved writing than the source material is posed as the end of a great run till their Renaissance run, and the way the film resulted at that position is to be what Disney's known for throughout their films. There's an emotional sweetness on the strong power of friendship through the unique difference and growth that'd mainly contributed to the film's heart, while it was performed by a nice bunch of recognizable voice cast and that the typically-charming animation was very detailed in certain aspects. It's a typical Disney treat at its own level with touching warmth whilst presenting a little darkness to some aspects that usually aren't a bother to affect the film negatively. (B+).
