Review of The Fox and the Hound (1981) by Robert M — 21 May 2016
A bit far-fetched with the animation then I remember, but it is a well thought-out story especially for less than 90 minutes and also quite a good childhood classic. While the film has some fairly unnoticeable wit, it still brings out an emotional state well enough to save the show.
It is indeed related to real life as sometimes your best friend eventually must go away for a little while and only time may tell for when they may return (a related example can include someone you know going into the army for instance).
Pretty good characters overall, a fairly well-developed film, but a pretty unforgettable storyline that only Disney Studios can do. Not to mention a nice country-side setting as well.
