Review of The Fox and the Child (2007) by Gill A — 21 Aug 2008
A really beautiful film, very gently paced and dealing with tough but real issues for kids (and grown-ups) like when does love become possession. My five year old said afterwards "Mummy when the fox was hurt I could feel my eyes getting wet".
And that kind of sums it up, it dealt in real emotions without being traumatising.
