General Opinion:

Sure, a few parts are a bit thrilling, but these thrills just made me think about alien life more than actually scaring me. It wasn't terrible in any sense, however, for a movie that claims it is scary and disturbing, it should have been more...much more.

Acting:

Milla Jovovich fits into this type of movie well, seeing as basically every movie she's in is eerie in some way. However, some of the other actor's are a bit subpar. They portray the real-life victims well enough, but in terms of acting in this MOVIE...yeah, not so much.

5/10.

Entertainment:

The "scary" scenes happen VERY rarely, and just when you want it to make up for this negative aspect, these scenes consist of loud noises and no camera footage. That's right. The camera signal gets "jammed" every time something interesting happens. So how about that horror value?

4/10.

Plot:

It's actually a pretty neat concept, and it's actually formulated very well, so I'll give it that. However, like everything else in this movie, it's not quite as good as it should be.

6/10.

Replay Value:

I would only watch this one or two times, max.

3/10.

Conclusion:

Eh. Not terrible, but not good either. In an attempt to make a unique and eerie thriller/horror, they failed. Maybe they should take some notes from Paranormal Activity on the whole "realistic horror" aspect.

Rating: 44%.
