Review of The Fourth Kind (2009) by Grady H — 27 Jan 2014
The filmmaker goes to great lengths to convince the audience the film is based on actual testimony. During many scenes there actual footage of witnesses are shown in a split screen alongside the reenactment.
This can be very distracting. The film would have flowed better if the director had just stuck to the reenactment and maybe shown the interviews at the end. Still, the film was very clinical and there was not a lot of excitement.
