Review of The Fourth Kind (2009) by Alex S — 13 Jan 2015
This film fell to pieces pretty quickly. There were numerous plot holes and lines of uninteresting dialogue. The story seems increasingly uninspired as it unravels and leaves the viewer wondering "So what?" As a viewer, I did not connect with any of the characters and was not unnerved by any of the "scares.
" The cinematography was dull. The only thing I took from it? "The owls are not what they seem." (Seriously, go watch Twin Peaks if you haven't already, and if you have, watch it again so as to obliterate this mess of a movie from your mind.
