Woulda been cool if the documentary parts were actually real. Otherwise, it's kind of a cheap framing tool to use to try and get scares. I did like that the director tried to think outside the box with the cinematography so it wasn't another horror movie that looked exactly like all the other ones.
The best part of the movie is Casey Jones trying to morph into Robert DiNero.
