Very interesting documentary on the reversal of fortune of British soccer club Queens Park Rangers. It could also be a cautionary tale for any business manager on just how NOT to manage people and organizations as the primary owner let's his own hubris and ego get in the way of progress so many times.
His mistakes are so obvious to everyone except himself.
