Review of The Four Feathers (2002) by Sarah Z — 27 Aug 2008
The description of the movie is a little misleading because it WAS his cowardice and fear that kept him from going into war. but when he was confronted by his cowardice by the people who were close to him, he stood up to the challenge. and proved to them AND HIMSELF that he DID have the courage to face death, after all.
I enjoyed the move as I struggle with great cowardice myself. fear of confrontation.
Aside from that, I was sad at looking at heath ledger who is no longer on this earth. and I was glad to look upon the handsome face of wes bentley! I would like to see more of his work.
Shallow of me, I know. :).
I dont know why everyone is so down on Kate Hudson. I was surprised she was in this movie where a British accent would be required but I didnt really notice her accent (how good or bad it was). I happen to like kate hudson and I think she did fine in this movie.
