I love the repeated what-the-hell-is-going-on effect the Fountain induces on a moviegoer, no matter how many we they see it. The film undoubtedly stunning, visually, and who can honestly say watching a bald Hugh Jackman doing Tai Chi in space isn't a wilder vision than most things they've seen--aside from Don Knotts as a talking Tuna (the Incredible Mr.
Limpet (1964)?
