It's never boring, features a great performance from Keaton and effectively develops all of its characters, but it suffers from not being bold enough and effectively carrying out what could have been an impactful commentary.
It has good moments of humor and does a good job of explaining what all went down, but the dialogue is average and it just never does anything to become as great as it could've been.
