Review of The Forest (2016) by Ike S — 24 Feb 2016
The premise, a woman enters Japan's real life "suicide forrest" looking for her lost twin sister, is stellar. Unfortunately, the screenwriters bungle the premise with numerous cliches and a nonsensical plot.
It's never a good sign when a movie's big "scary" moment causes the audience to laugh, and not in a good way.
