Review of The Foreigner (2017) by Jon O — 15 Oct 2017
This is a different Jackie Chan in "The Foreigner", more gravity, no levity. Director Martin Campbell, who did "Casino Royale", has a sense of action and style. After a slow methodical start "The Foreigner" becomes a very good action thriller.
Chan is the martial arts master, who at 65 seems ageless. This is his best performance.
