This movie got destroyed by many watchers, but something about it held true in me. Perhaps it was my appreciation for the genuine Chinese style, scenery and usage of the Mandarin language, or perhaps it was the chemistry of Jet Li and Jackie Chan in their fighting scenes and cute attempts at western humour.
