What a fun movie! This reminded me of the sort of summer blockbuster I saw in my teenage years. In fact the sort of thing Spielberg would knock out as an audience pleaser. Quite why this didnt get the box office registers ticking over as it should have done is a mystery.
Nice too to have a lead actor doing all his own fighting and looking pretty damn good at it too. Jackie Chan and Jet Li are always good value even when starring in shit (Rush Hour 2, Lethal Weapon 4) and the action is pretty constant meaning that there is never a dull moment.
Big fun for the big kid in us all.
