A fun, mindlessly entertaining, high-kick movie without noteworthy performances though the action sequences are fun to watch as usual where Jackie Chan is involved. The story is highly fantastic and message itself noteworthy, interloped with magnificent scenery and buildings which in itself make this movie well worth watching.
