The working man in a dead end job has nothing better to do than be a hooligan. It manages to capture their struggles in the world and shows how they pay for their stupidity, but in the end it what it boils down to is "They'd do it all over again if they could.
" This is the tragedy of the modern age, it may not have been original, but it made a point.
