Review of The Flying Scotsman (2006) by Matthew J — 03 Dec 2007
As always with a "...based on a true story" movie, I found myself wondering at various points "did that *really* happen".
That said, the on-the-record facts about Obree's life and cycling career are more than dramatic enough to justify a movie about the man.
Solid performances all round from the cast, but I'd love to see a documentary including the man himself.
Maybe one day...
