Review of The Fly II (1989) by Jordan W — 31 Jul 2011
Much like the first, albeit lacking Cronenburg's excellent directorial skill to make those moments of horror really go off with a BANG! I did like that the Fly/Human hybrid was shown more, as the first film rushed to the ending once Seth's transformation was complete.
However the storybook happy ending was LAME and a cop-out, I wanted the pod to open to even MORE HORRIFYING mutations, Cronenburg would've ended it like that . . .
