Review of The Flowers of War (2011) by Northstar T — 13 Jul 2012
A beautiful story, it truly makes you hate war. Christian Bale was poignant, and at least one girl was very good. However the script's dialogue is so bad at times that it verged on comical. The movie feels disjointed from scene to scene also, but you can't help but appreciate the courage this film portrays.
