Disturbing flick about sex beasts and pervs. Gere is excellent and plays his role well , is a bit disturbing in places but I like the way gere plays his role not only is it his role to check up on these sick people but he takes revenge on a select few off the books vigilanty style, on his hunt for a missing girl .
Ending predictable but not a bad watch.
