Review of The Flock (2007) by George B — 20 Dec 2010
At the beginning of the movie, you believe that the main character is a burned out public servant, with years of misconceptions and prejudices burned into him by 18 years of working for the "Department of Safety" (a governmental quasi law enforcement agency) tracking sex offenders.
As the film progresses though, you begin to understand that all of the offenders have not changed or reformed. Some of the offenders, in fact have found each other through the registered sex offenders' database and are continuing to commit heinous acts.
The only person who can stop them is the only person who sees the clues... overzealous, but dedicated and effective DPS Investigator Errol Babbage.
