With a never-ending plot, the Five-Year Engagement comes with a well-paired set of leads, but an un-engaging story (no pun intended). The humoring motive of the scenes jumping from one situation to another was unsuccessful, as the humor wasn't very impactive in most cases.
However, at times I found myself giving in to the jokes and their the lack of insight.
