Much like other films of this type, Jason Segel is dating out of his league, and Emily Blunt, while fun and quirky, is not that good to warrant a higher mark. The writing and direction are terrible, and the film runs over 2h which is too long, given that any outcome other than a happy one seems out of the question.
Appalling film making at it finest.
