Review of The Five-Year Engagement (2012) by Angie C — 16 Feb 2013
Beyond understanding why or how these stupid, self-centred characters ever got together, and how they ever convinced themselves that endless delays in their wedding plans was benefiting anyone. Oh, and it's utterly unfunny in its 125 minute clumsy portrayal of this relationship that nobody really cares about after the first ten minutes.
Okay, Nicholas Stoller, we get it, San Francisco is awesome, and it's always bloody snowing in Michigan. I just saved your viewers from two hours of frustrating, disappointing, pointless melodrama.
