It's definitely better constructed and a little deeper than your standard rom-com, but the two major problems that brings the entire movie down are that it just isn't funny and the chemistry between the two leads feels slightly off.

I'm glad that something Hollywood put out is attempting to be a better romantic comedy, but I know for a fact the writer/director behind this is capable of much more than what was delivered in this movie.
