I give this movie a five! It's as good as The Temptations, but in its own way. The Five Heartbeats can represent the typical 60's soul group. Rob Townsend outdid himself with this one. Whether you follow the story of Duck, Eddie Kane, or Jimmaaaaaay!! (lol) this is a great film.
If you're sentimental, this may get to you. I love the ending. Two thumbs way up!!
