Review of The Fisher King (1991) by Van R — 09 Aug 2008
Director Gilliam, famous for his sci-fi, funky mind warped films like BRAZIL, TIME BANDITS, and TWELVE MONKEYS, proves he can do a nice, serene, and simple buddy film, packing in some mesmerizing, dazzling performances by Williams and Bridges.
Half comical and half serious (maybe even sad), it leaves a smile on your face.
