Review of The First Wives Club (1996) by Nadia C — 14 Jan 2014
I adore this movie. A smart script and excellent performances keep it entertaining all throughout. This was the film that rebooted Stockard Channing's career. Sure it's dated, but to me that is another reason to love it.
There are times when it lags just a bit, but for the most part it there is a healthy balance between the comedic hijinks and serious moments. Just be sure to watch with great company, it's more fun that way.
