Least entertaining one of the franchise, least thrilling, was looking forward to cool costumes (two crazy ladies with dolls were interesting characters and the main villan) and maybe like more people from outside of the people in the hood to mix it up idk and the drug dealer was the hero of the movie?.
. it had a good start but it lacked medium sized plots. Boring ending. and the acting was okay. The best person in the movie was Lieutenant Laguerta from Dexter.
