Review of The First Purge (2018) by Exshadowstriker — 10 Jul 2018
The first purge was okay, and there's nothing wrong with that, it was entertaining, but never really captivating. You never really fall in love with any of the characters which means the stakes are never particularly high, it does a good job at setting the picture for the world of the Purge movies but other than than it was okay.
The plot was okay, the characters were okay. In short the entire experience was okay.
