Review of The First $20 Million Is Always the Hardest (2002) by Simon T — 19 Jul 2007
Given a higher budget this movie would have been fantastic. Definately watchable, even enjoyable. Carried by the strength of the acting. Jake Busey is Jake Busey with a delightfully neurotic twist. A feel good movie that reliably finishes with good guys on top.
Lots of fun little things to look for on the way... even if the story itself isn't fresh, the random visual humour kept me entertained, and yes there were some small explosions.
