Based on the Josh Grisham novel, this movie falls far short of capturing the sense of menace that one began to feel building in the novel with each new revelation of just how insidious the Firm was. Reese Witherspoon as the Firms security tough guy? C'mon! He should have stuck to being Quaker Oats posterboy.
