This is the best film I have seen in several years. the cinematography, the story, the acting, the screenplay - and the local color, attention to detail, and very fine acting played by the supporting cast made this a Really terrific film! I was really surprised at the highest quality this film presented.

I loved the supporting cast, the music, and the contrasts of comedy with stark reality. The film captured what no other shipwreck films have captured - the enormous power of the sea, but also how sailors understand it and can overcome.
