A wonderful illustration of the problem of critics. If they like the politics of a movie they bend over backwards to praise it. If they DON'T like the politics of a movie, they bend over backwards to criticize it.
See, for example, "American Sniper". In my opinion a truly brilliant film. However, some critics just could not give it a positive review. Hmmm.
