Review of The Final Test (1953) by Karsh D — 27 Jan 2013
If a film could be labeled as charming then this is it - old test player playing his last test match and his son wants to go and see a poet - played by the superb Robert Morley - some really funny one liners and this proved to be a massive six hit for me.
Also lovely cameo from Richard Wattis trying to explain cricket to an american. He didn't get it, and that remains true to this very day....thankfully!
