Review of The Final Destination (2009) by Kyle N — 01 Apr 2011
(This review may contain Spoilers) The Final Destination, the 4th and possibly last in the Final Destination series was by no means a good movie, but it was freaky. At this time I have not seen the first or second movies, but the third was pretty good.
It had a lot of blood and gore, and that's what we should expect from this film. The plot is basically the same as all the others, a kid in their late teens or early twenties sees a premonition of a disaster that will lead to the death of him and his friends. He tells them and they get out of there just before it happens. Then they all begin dying in gruesome ways in the same order they would have died in the crash.
Really the only part I didn't like was the death of the mother. She tells her kids that their in trouble just before she is killed in front of them. Other than that, it's just a normal gory horror film. All in all, it's OK, a blood filled film.
