Review of The Final Destination (2009) by Maximus D — 12 Jul 2011
Everything people make fun of sequels for being. It has the same rehashed feeling and story of the other films without any of the character development (or 3-dimensionality), surprises, or originality.
To top it all off, the film ends with the worst twist--because it doesnt make any sense. "What if we didn't change anything? What if us being here, right now, was the plan from the beginning?" There are moments where they could have done something great (he saves over a hundred people and then we hear nothing of it.
..wtf?) Too bad. The first 3 were all fun.
