Review of The Final Countdown (1980) by Jason F — 21 Jan 2009
A rather disappointing ending gives this movie something of a deterministic philosophy of time, suggesting that the past cannot be changed.
It poses the question: What if we could send a modern aircraft carrier back to the day before the attack on Pearl Harbour, and then gives the answer: it wouldn't make any bloody difference.
