Review of The Fighter (2010) by Tris K — 12 Mar 2013
This movie was amzing, better than I expected. It had a deeper storyline than just a regular old fighting movie. Christian Bale was fantastic as the troubled brother. I loved Amy Adams in this new role, usually she is the goodygoody in movies, innocent and sweet but in this movie she was anything but sweet. I feel that Mark Wahlberg also gave an amazing performance but his role was quieter with more subtle reactions while others were more loud.
This was a really good movie and it deserved to be nominated for the Oscars.
